From T-Shirt to Garden Sculpture (Sue B. Balcom)
Using a wire armature, cotton tee shirts and a special hardening medium you’ll create a rock solid outdoor garden sculpture. Learn to make and wrap an armature to create a “simply” stunning lady for your garden. Bring 2 old white t-shirts, 1 colored one, scissor, a roll of aluminum foil, masking tape and a plastic (ice cream) bucket. Supply Fee: $12.00, Class max: 10

8. Sewing Fun: Pillowcases with Personality! ( Suzanne Spiese ) Express yourself, as you choose three of your favorite fabrics and sew a pillow case that is uniquely your own. No matter what your previous sewing experience has been, you will enjoy learning how to construct this practical yet

9. Divine Yoga Workshop ( Candice Skiliris)
Unify your inner divinity, mind, body and soul and become truly self-aware. This workshop will consist of two parts: an enlightened explanation of the nature & practice of yoga in relation to one’s inner self; and a focus on the integration of self awareness into the practice of yoga asanas (poses). Create an 8 x 11 personal journal page quilt to commemorate a special day in your life using mixed media techniques such as fabric paints, beautiful fibers and text. Jellyroll felted wool, add a handle, a saucer and voila, an original pincushion! You will learn about felting wool, making cord, and have the satisfaction of finishing a project in class.
