MEALS

Meals will be on your own. Vendors will be on hand for your food & drink needs throughout the weekend.

  

SHIRTS FOR SALE

T-shirts are available for sale in advance only. If you wish to purchase one, indicate the size on your registration form, and include the appropriate amount to cover the cost: $15/each. T-shirts are lime green with the WomanSong logo on the top left-hand corner.

Save Mother Earth & help us limit the amount of disposable items used at this event.  Remember to bring:
• LAWNCHAIR (if you don't like the ground!)
• Tote bag or backpack (to carry treasures)
•
 Cash or Checks (to purchase items from artists, authors, musicians & pampering place providers
• Umbrella (for the sun!)
• Flashlight (to find your way back to the campground or parking lot)
• Mosquito spray (they're not invited, but they might just show up anyway!)
• Sunscreen (think sunny skies)
• Book(s) to swap (food for thought)
• Drums, rattles, or other instruments for the campfire (if you have them)
• Sleeping bag, pillow & towels (if you're staying overnight)
No Pets - please don't bring them to the event (camp is ok).

Remember to bring any supplies requested. Workshop assignments will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registrations postmarked by Sept. 1st, will receive confirmations. All others will be processed at time of registration. Please register early!

  • If you are willing to volunteer, please stop at the Information Tent upon arrival to coordinate your availability with our needs.

Free-will donations are welcome. We are a non-profit organization so your donation is tax deductible.
